States President, Donald Trump is set to sign a new executive order that will
see Nigeria and six other countries being added to a travel ban list.
Though the travel ban is subject to continuous change. So, citizens of Nigeria, Eritrea, Tanzania, Kyrgyzstan, Sudan, Belarus, and Myanmar will be subjected to stiff bans on some visa categories.
So, Donald Trump disclosed this in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, he said he is considering adding some countries to the travel ban list. However, he was not sure about the countries affected.
A senior
official in the Trump administration while commenting on this said country that
failed to comply with security requirements, with information-sharing and
counter-terrorism measures, biometrics, are subject to this ban.
However, Citizens from Somalia, North Korea, Libya, Yemen, Iran with some Venezuelan officials and family are blocked from getting a large range of United States immigrant and non-immigrant visas in the existing version of the ban.
