Mo Abudu chairs 47th Emmy Awards in New York

EbonyLife TV manager, Mo Abudu, has been named as the Chair of the 47th International Emmy Awards Gala set to be held in New York United States, on November 25.

This was made known by the International Emmys, on their Instagram post on Tuesday.

The International Emmy recognizes magnificence in TV programming created and at first disclosed outside of the United States.

Abudu however, responded to the declaration: “As makers, we are in a special position to share new, legitimate, and unique stories with a worldwide audience. Our content isn’t restricted by language or culture. Watchers need to see stories that mirror their regular daily existences, which can be found all over the place.”

Meanwhile, the last year’s International Emmy for TV Movie/Mini-Series was won by “Man in an Orange Shirt” debuted during the BBC Gay Britannia season in 2017. The series depicts a couple of romantic tales, sixty years separated and connected by family ties, sexual character, and strange painting.
