Abubakar Shekau, Boko Haram Leader Warns Buhari Not To Return To Borno As He Gives Condition For Chibok Girls Release
A factional leader of the Boko Haram Islamic sect, Abubakar Shekau has issued the condition for which the remaining school girls would be released.
This he said in a video he released to the Cable. He said the Chibok schoolgirls would regain their freedom once the Federal Government releases the sect members in their captivity. Shekau warned President Muhammadu Buhari not to return to Borno because his members are on ground to attack him if he returns.
Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari was in Borno State yesterday 12th February to condole with the people and the government of the state on Sunday’s attack by Boko Haram at the Aonu community where over 30 people died and others abducted
Also, over 100 of the abducted schoolgirls are still in the captivity of the Boko Haram sect while the others have been released.
