A joint team of Army and Customs Officers have been accused of allegedly breaking into shops at the popular Yaba market in Lagos to seize second-hand clothing known as Okirika.

An eye witness report reveals that the incident happened on Sunday 29th, 2019 while most shop owners are away for the Christmas break.
