The residents of Lagos were captured on camera scooping diesel from a tanker that collapsed in Victoria Island, Lagos. This happened along Ozumba Mbadiwe Road this Friday morning.
These actions were caught on camera and shared by Kate Henshaw showing some Lagos residents endangering their lives as they scooped diesel, a volatile petroleum commodity.
However, she expressed surprise at how these people are risking their lives after hearing several cases of people been burnt to death while caught in this act.
