3 Nigerian Stowaways Lands In Ghana As Against Spain

The Tema Port Authorities have arrested 3 Nigerian stowaways who found their way into the MV Unity vessel they had thought was heading to Spain at the Apapa Port in Nigeria.

The suspects who had looked forward to getting to Spain for greener pastures were identified as Kelvin Popoola 26, Stephen Nuta 28, and Isaac Daniel 32. They were discovered hiding in a small space at the back of the propeller when the vessel stopped to make some discharge at the Tema Port.

Items found on the 3 include; provisions, alcoholic beverages, and a hammer. They are currently in the police custody.

Isaac Daniels, one of the stowaways was arrested in 2019 for a similar case and was deported with a $600 package
