Landlord Arrested By The EFCC For Harboring Suspected Fraudsters

Stanley Ejike Awam, a 33-year-old landlord has been arrested at by the EFCC officials for accommodating suspected internet fraudsters.

So, Stanley was arrested along with 8 suspected fraudsters known as ‘’Yahoo boys’’ who were also arrested by EFCC officials at different areas of the Ibadan metropolis

In a statement released by Tony Orilade, EFCC spokesperson. It reads;

“For men of the commission who carried out the arrest, it
was a daunting task locating Stanley’s six-flat property tucked inside an
isolated environment around Ologuneru area of the Oyo State capital.”

However, he said 9 suspects which included Stanley, were arrested at that area in Ibadan. Others were Lukman Salam. Henry Echefu, Adeleke David, Shorefire Ayokunmi, Olafuyi Josiah, Riliwan Ajao, Usman Mustapha and Abulsalam Abubakar  

According to the spokesperson, investigations are ongoing and so the suspects will be charged to court.
