Kano Sharia Police Arrests 32 Suspected Prostitutes

The Kano State Hisbah Operatives has arrested about 32 suspected prostitutes during a combat operation on many dark spots in the state after receiving intelligence reports.

Sheik Haruna Muhammad Sandi, Director General of Kano Hisbah Board, ordered a high profile investigation to determine the complicity of all the suspected prostitutes who were all dressed in customized Hisbah hijab as a means of rehabilitation.

The Director-General has also invited the parents of some of the suspected prostitutes for a crucial meeting. This he did after his short sermon touched some of the suspects.

However, Sandi said any of the suspectes found wanting will be facing the law according to the Sharia Law.
