Reverend G O Akindele, the father to one of Nigeria’s celebrity artists, Funke Akindele has passed on.

The artist announced the passing on of her father, Rev. G O Akindele on her Instagram page this Monday morning. She posted this photo of them on her Instagram page and captioned it,

your soul rest in peace!! I tried Dad! I did!! We love you but God knows
best!!!!
